1. SCB-FINAL DIVIDEND CLOSURE OF REGISTER AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Final Dividend
SCB has announced a final dividend of GH¢2.47 per share in respect of its financial year ended December 31, 2009.
Qualifying Date
All shareholders registered in the books of SCB at the close of business on Friday, April 23, 2010 will qualify for the final dividend of GH¢2.47 per share which will be approved at the Annual General Meeting.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed from Monday, April 26, 2010 to Wednesday, April 28, 2010, both dates inclusive.
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Wednesday, April 21, 2010. Consequently, an investor purchasing SCB shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying SCB shares on or after Wednesday, April 21, 2010 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend payment date
The final dividend of GH¢2.47 per share will be paid on Friday, May 28, 2010.
Annual General Meeting
The Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at The Accra International Conference Centre.

2. SWL-APPOINTMENT OF ACTING CEO SWL has announced that at a meeting of its Board of Directors held on January 21, 2010, the Board appointed Ms. Nana Abaahoma Woode as the Acting CEO of Sam-Woode Ltd. Her appointment took effect from February 01, 2010, and she replaces Mr. Kwesi Sam-Woode who is on leave prior to retirement.

3. UNIL-FINAL DIVIDEND, CLOSURE OF REGISTER AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Final Dividend
UNIL has announced a final dividend of GH¢0.2128 per share in respect of its financial year ended December 31, 2009.
Qualifying Date
All shareholders registered in the books of UNIL at the close of business on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 will qualify for the final dividend of GH¢0.2128 per share which will be approved at the Annual General Meeting.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed from Thursday, July 15, 2010 to Wednesday, July 28, 2010, both dates inclusive.
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Monday, July 12, 2010. Consequently, an investor purchasing UNIL shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying UNIL shares on or after Monday, July 12, 2010 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend payment date
The final dividend of GH¢0.2128 per share will be paid on Friday, August 27, 2010.
Annual General Meeting
The Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 27, 2010.
