1. PR. 163/2012 AGA-INCREASE IN SHARE CAPITAL AGA has announced an increase in its share capital.
The issued ordinary shares of AGA increased to 382,420,203 as at April 30, 2012. This was as a result of the issue and listing of additional ordinary shares in March and April, 2012 on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange, South Africa.
By this arrangement, AGA share capital has also been increased to 46,279,756,912.32 South African Rand.
