1. PR. 040/2012 SCB-FINAL DIVIDEND AND CLOSURE OF REGISTER Final Dividend
SCB has announced that the Company’s Directors will be recommending to the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the payment of a final dividend of GH¢3.05 per share for the 2011 financial year. The final dividend for 2010 was GH1.267 per share.
Qualifying date
All shareholders registered in the books of SCB at the close of business on Friday, 20th April, 2012 will qualify for the final dividend.
Closure of Register
In view of this the Register of shareholders will be closed on Monday, 23rd April, 2012.
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Wednesday, 18th April, 2012. Consequently, an investor purchasing SCB shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying SCB shares on or after Wednesday, 18th April, 2012 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
If approved at the AGM, the dividend will be paid on Monday, 30th April, 2012.

2. PR. 041/2012 AGA-FINAL DIVIDEND AND CLOSURE OF REGISTER Final Dividend
AGA has declared a Final Dividend of 200 South African cents per share for the year ended December 31, 2011.
The above amount would be converted on Thursday, 1st March, 2012 and communicated to the investing public.
Qualifying date
All shareholders registered in the books of AGA at the close of business on Friday, 2nd March, 2012 will qualify for the final dividend.
Closure of Register (Record Date)
The Register of shareholders will be closed from Monday, 5th March, 2012 to Friday, 9th March, 2012 (both dates inclusive).
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Wednesday, 29th February, 2012. Consequently, an investor purchasing AGA shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying AGA shares on or after Wednesday, 29th February, 2012 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The final dividend will be paid on Monday, 19th March, 2012.
