1. PR. No 253/2012-AGA-INCREASE IN SHARE CAPITAL AGA has announced an increase in its share capital.
The issued ordinary shares of AGA increased to 382,822,873 as at July 31, 2012. This was as a result of the issue and listing of additional ordinary shares in July, 2012 on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange, South Africa.
