Final Dividend
BOPP has announced that the Company’s Directors will be recommending to the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the payment of a final dividend of GH¢0.0690 per share for the 2011 financial year.
Qualifying date
All shareholders registered in the books of BOPP at the close of business on Monday, 23rd April, 2012 will qualify for the final dividend.
Closure of Register
In view of this the Register of shareholders will be closed from Tuesday, 24th April, 2012 to Friday, 27th April, 2012 (both dates inclusive).
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Friday, 20th April, 2012. Consequently, an investor purchasing BOPP shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying BOPP shares on or after Friday, 20th April, 2012will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The final dividend will be paid on Friday, 29th June, 2012.
Annual General Meeting
BOPP’s Annual General Meeting will be held at the, Akroma Plaza, Police Reserve near MTTU, Takoradi on Thursday, 3rd May, 2012.
