AGA has announced an increase in its share capital.
The issued ordinary shares of AGA increased to 382,812,185 as at June 30, 2012. This was as a result of the issue and listing of additional ordinary shares in June, 2012 on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange, South Africa.
The issued shares are as detailed below:
AGA Share Incentive Scheme (June 2012) - 115,447 ordinary shares
Bokamoso ESOP Trust (June 2012) - 4,512 ordinary shares
By this arrangement, AGA share capital has also been increased to 46,395,543,782.52 South African Rand.
