1. AGA-LISTING OF ADDITIONAL SHARES AGA has listed an additional 139,094 ordinary shares on the Exchange, bringing the total number of listed shares from 362,613,766 as at May 31, 2010 to 362,752,860 as at June 2010.
This was as a result of the issue and listing of additional ordinary shares in June 2010 on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange, South Africa.
The shares were issued under the AngloGold Ashanti Share Incentive Scheme.
