1. PR. 074/2011 SCB-PAYMENT OF 11TH DIVIDEND ON PREFERENCE SHARES 11th Dividend
SCB has announced an 11th dividend of GH¢0.0413 per preference share in respect of the dividend period September 30, 2010 to March 29, 2011.
Qualifying date
All preference shareholders registered in the books of SCB at the close of business on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 will qualify for the 11th dividend of GH¢0.0413 per preference share.
Closure of Register
The Register of preference shareholders will be closed from Thursday, March 24, 2011 to Friday, March 25, 2011 (both dates inclusive).
Ex-Dividend Date
The ex-dividend date has been set as Monday, March 21, 2011. Consequently, an investor purchasing SCB preference shares before this date will be entitled to the 11th dividend. However, an investor buying SCB preference shares on or after Monday, March 21, 2011 will not be entitled to the 11th dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The 11th dividend of GH¢0.0413 per preference share will be paid on Wednesday, March 30, 2011.

2. PR. 076/2011 AGA-LISTING OF ADDITIONAL SHARES AGA has listed an additional 104,134 ordinary shares, bringing the total number of listed shares from 381,206,892 as at January 31, 2011 to 381,311,026 as at February 28, 2011.
This was as a result of the issue and listing of additional ordinary shares in February 2011 on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange, South Africa.
The shares were issued under the AGA Share Incentive Scheme.
