1. PR. 034/2011 AGA-LISTING OF ADDITIONAL SHARES AGA has listed an additional 2,812 ordinary shares, bringing the total number of listed shares from 381,204,080 as at December 31, 2010 to 381,206,892 as at January 31, 2011.
This was as a result of the issue and listing of additional ordinary shares in January 2011 on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange, South Africa.
The shares were issued under the AGA Share Incentive Scheme.
