1. PR. 060/2012 AYRTON-FINAL DIVIDEND, CLOSURE OF REGISTER AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Final Dividend
AYRTN has announced that the Company’s Directors will be recommending to the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the payment of a final dividend of GH¢0.00125 per share in respect of the financial year ended September 30, 2011.
Qualifying Date
All shareholders registered in the books of AYRTN at the close of business on Tuesday, 3rd April, 2012 will qualify for the final dividend.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed from Wednesday, 4th April, 2012 to Thursday, 5th April, 2012 (both dates inclusive).
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Friday, 30th March, 2012. Consequently, an investor purchasing AYRTN shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying AYRTN shares on or after Friday, 30th March, 2012 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend payment date
The final dividend will be paid on Monday, 7th May, 2012.
Annual General Meeting
The Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held at the Osu Ebenezer Presbyterian Church Hall on Thursday, 5th April, 2012 at 10 am.

2. PR. 059/2012 TBL THE GAMBIA-FINAL DIVIDEND, CLOSURE OF REGISTER AND AGM Final Dividend
TBL has announced that the Company’s Directors will be recommending to the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the payment of a final dividend of 20 Butus per share for the 2011 financial year. (The exchange rate is DALASIS 30.90 to USD$1).
Qualifying Date
All shareholders registered in the books of TBL at the close of business on Thursday, 5th April, 2012 will qualify for the final dividend.
Closure of Register
The register of shareholders will be closed on Friday, 6th April, 2012.
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Tuesday, 3rd April, 2012. Consequently, an investor purchasing TBL shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying TBL shares on or after Tuesday, 3rd April, 2012 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The final dividend will be paid on 12th April, 2012.
Annual General Meeting
The Bank’s Annual General Meeting will be held at Kairaba Beach Hotel, Senegambia, The Gambia on Thursday, 12th April, 2012 at 15.00 hours
