SPL announces that the Company’s Directors will be recommending to the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the payment of a final dividend of GH¢0.014 per share in respect of the financial year ended December 31, 2011.
Qualifying date
All shareholders registered in the books of SPL at the close of business on Thursday, August 2, 2012 will qualify for the final dividend.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed on Friday, August 3, 2012.
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Tuesday, July 31, 2012. Consequently, an investor purchasing SPL shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying SPL shares on or after Tuesday, July 31, 2012will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The dividend will be paid from Friday, August 17, 2012.
