AGA has listed an additional 42,052 ordinary shares, bringing the total number of listed shares from 380,966,077 as at September 30, 2010 to 381,008,129 as at October 31, 2010.

This was as a result of the issue and listing of additional ordinary shares in October 2010 on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange, South Africa.

The shares were issued under the AGA Share Incentive Scheme.
