Final Dividend
AGA has announced a Final Dividend of 70 South African cents and 0.70 South African cents per share for AGA and AADs respectively, for the year ended December 31, 2009.

The conversion of the above amount would be done on March 4, 2010 which would be communicated to the investing public.

Qualifying date
All shareholders registered in the books of AGA at the close of business on Friday, March 5, 2010 will qualify for the final dividend.

Closure of Register (Record Date)
The Register of shareholders will be closed from Monday, March 8 – Friday, March 12, 2010.

Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Wednesday, March 3, 2010. Consequently, an investor purchasing AGA shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying AGA shares on or after March 3, 2010 will not be entitled to the final dividend.

Dividend Payment Date
The final dividend will be paid on Friday, March 19, 2010.
