CAL has added 300,000,000 ordinary shares to its number of issued shares. This brings the total number of issued shares to 548,261,549. The stated capital has also gone up from GH¢27,725,000 to GH¢102,725,000.

 

This was as a result of the issuance and allotment of shares to a number of investors under its recent private placement.
