PR. 191/2012 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO RULE 2 (f & g) OF THE GSE MEMBERSHIP RULES The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the amendment of GSE Membership Rule 2 (f & g) requiring LDMs to have a new minimum Stated Capital of one million Ghana Cedis (GH¢1,000,000) and liquid asset value of eight hundred thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢800,000) by December 31, 2013.
