EBG has announced for the information of the general public the appointment of Mrs. Awuraa Abena Safoa Afriyie Asafo-Boakye as a Secretary of Ecobank Ghana Ltd. to replace Mr. Morgan Fianko Asiedu with effect from the 14th day of June 2010.
Mrs. Asafo-Boakye holds an LLB degree in Law from the University of Ghana and an Executive MBA (Finance). She was admitted to the Ghana Bar in October 1991.
Mrs. Asafo-Boakye is currently the Company Secretary and Head of the Legal Department of Ecobank Ghana Ltd. Prior to her appointment as the Company Secretary and Head of Legal, she was the Head of Human Resources for the Bank.
Awuraa Abena also worked as a Legal Practitioner with Sam Okudzeto and Associates for four years before joining the Bank.
