1.	The issued ordinary shares of AGA increased by 8,514 to 383,153,893 as at the end of December, 2012. This is as a result of the issue and listing of additional shares of AGA on Johannesburg Securities Exchange, South Africa. The shares were issued under the AGA Share Incentive Scheme.
2.	Additional listing and trading of 2-year and 3-year Government of Ghana Bonds with value GH¢407,388,611.00 and GH¢1,465,910,300 issued between October 08 to December 31, 2012.
3.	UT Bank Ltd has added 154,273,333 ordinary shares to their issued shares. This was as a result of the issuance and allotment of shares a number of investors under its recent private placement.
4.	HFC Bank Ltd has added 112,420,246 ordinary shares to their issued shares. This was as a result of the issuance and allotment of sharesto a number of investors under its recent private placement concluded in November 2012.
